Specific Features of Oilseeds Vibrating Separator
Oilseeds vibrating separator can be equipped with variable sieves according to processing requirements and different oilseeds. Our vibrating separator is mainly composed of a feeding device, sieves, frame, drive system, discharge valve and vertical aspiration channel, which is alternative.
The feeding device transports oilseeds and distributes them evenly on the sieve. These oilseeds pass through the first sieve and then enter the next sieve to filter out impurities, during which the impurities are discharged from the upper output channel. Impurities that are smaller than oilseeds pass through the second sieve, and then they are discharged at the lower output channel. Oilseeds processed by the second sieve are discharged at the sieve’s back part before finally entering the vertical aspiration channel for further processing.
